Les Deux Moustiquaires
The duo comprises Suzie Hanna (violin and musical saw) and Bobby Hanna (piano and guitar). In the 1980s they were the musicians for No Name Street Theatre, as well as playing 20s Jazz out on the streets of Norwich as The Oily Rag Band. Over the years they have been involved in a variety of musical genres, from Music Hall to and Country and Western, and they currently play for ceilidhs in The Marisca Trio. As the musical accompanists to Sacré productions they are led by Ecky Limon, who guides them through the history of appropriate French songs and melodies, old and new, with the addition of original compositions and sound effects
The trio have now become a regular feature in Sacré Théâtre’s annual productions, punctuating and decorating performances with witty and moving musical accompaniments, to the extent that they are like an extra character in our annual productions.
